Sports and Remedial Massage is the manipulation of soft tissue for injury prevention and therapeutic purposes involving the restoration to normal functional activity of the various structures of the body.
Massage is used to help prevent injuries, to prepare the body for athletic activities and to maintain it in optimal condition. Soft tissue therapy is not just for sports people but for anyone experiencing pain or discomfort either from occupational, recreational or general activities. Julian is an experienced professional practitioner and also qualified to practice medical acupuncture. He is a member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage.
Julian is an experienced Soft Tissue Therapist, working with clients active in a wide range of sports as well as people recovering from injury, in rehab following surgery or just experiencing muscle pain and tension from the activities of daily life. He is also qualified to practice medical acupuncture as an alternative or complementary soft tissue treatment to massage.
