'I wanted to try hypnotherapy for weight loss because my emotional issues with food such as comfort eating, have meant it was very difficult trying with just will power. My weight has been an issue all my life and I was tired of food being on my mind all the time. Michelle was fantastic. I was slightly nervous at the first session but she was very quick to put me at ease and I found the actual hypnosis really relaxing. Because we had a good talk before hand, everything she said to me was very relevant and specific to the changes I wanted to make with regards to my diet and lifestyle. I noticed a change in my attitude towards food straight away!
